Hey SLUG, I'd like to nominate Michael Chesterton to the position of Ordinary Committee member. Even though Michael hardly turns up to meetings, he is a central part of the SLUG online community and always has interesting things to say. I believe Michael will make a great addition to the 2009 committee and help bring interesting speakers to the group.
