Those are good thoughts. If it is going to be more difficult to enter then IBM. I think it will make it harder for new people to come. Expect delays due to the entry requirements, and possibly a whole handful of unexpected problems that would/might arise from using the venue. Maybe not worth the benefits we would receive.
