[activities] Change licence on meeting guide?

Hi all,

I just realised that my meeting guide at
http://www.slug.org.au/meetings/guide.html is still being used by SLUG.

Can someone update the licence please? It should be "Creative Commons
Attribution 2.5 Australia License", which is
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/au/

You can also use the creativecommons.org Excessive HTML way of marking
it if you like:
