Though perhaps not quite what others have in mind...I would be interested in 
doing something, with others with the video on the SLUG site...perhaps something 
like mark up the page in HTML5. Perhaps there are other bits of the SLUG site we 
could work on....maybe the Wiki, configuring/installing (?) stats package eg
