[activities] Committee nomination: Harrison Conlin for OCM

I would like to nominate Harrison Conlin for an Ordinary Committee
Member (OCM) position. Harrison has been a quiet but valuable member of
the current committee and I would love to see him continue. 

He has helped introduce SLUG to a younger crowd and also helped out with
the system administration side of SLUG. For a committee member who was
nominated on the night of the last AGM and didn't know what he was
getting into, he has done extremely well and I think he will continue to
do so.

I am confident that if reelected Harrison will continue to be an asset
to SLUG.
