[activities] Committee Nomination: Tim Ansell for President

Tim has served as Vice-President for the last year, and has made a
significant contribution to SLUG. He's not the kind of person who
strives to be noticed, but he's been quietly plugging away behind the
scenes to make sure things go smoothly all year.

I feel SLUG would be well looked after with Tim taking the reigns as
President for the year ahead.
