Hi Patrick,

A couple of comments.

a) the obvious - we need to sort out the technology (speakers
supply/negotiate own computers/setup in allocated time)
Perhaps group talks, by technology requirements.

b) for remote attendees, we need a SLUG video to run (test link from 6pm)
and ideally a poster (single frame to display), Tim suggested this is
your forte.

c) a rundown/schedule may be useful.
How many speakers is realistic?
We need a timekeeper. In parliament, before the speakers alotted time ends,
they have to ask for an extension. Finishing 1.25hrs over time is not good
for speakers or audience in or out of the room.

Also, for the wishlist - based on previous remote experience - it would be 
useful to have an audio only feed.
