The intention seems to be free, open source and reuse, with Python & Django.

I've added a few bits of HTML and Javascript - to prototype the speaker
display and countdown clock. The countdown needs to be calibrated or maybe
implemented using real time in python.

HTML5 video is also in the mix - though I am not sure of the codec. I would 
guess at some stage some kind of style consistency across the user 
interface modules. Buttons seem to be in vogue and pull down menus out.

The other key feature seems to be the collaboration on the project.
