May 2014 Second Talk: GPS for Time Transfer.

After Julien's talk "A Brief History of Time Synchronisation", 
I will be giving an updated version of my 2011 talk:
"Using GPS for Time Transfer"

It is an in-depth talk centred on Time Transfer using Global Navigation
Satellite Systems (GNSS) - such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, COMPASS...

The half hour talk (and notes) should be relevant for people interested
in precision GPS navigation or time transfer.
