Hi Robert, I'm not really familiar with installing Tor. What distro are you using? And whats the problem you having installing Tor? Is it that the package cant be downloaded from the pre-configured repository sources because the Great Wall is blocking the download? or that permissions on the VPS wont allow you to install the package?
