Need a hand

Hi All,

My plate is a bit full and I need some help (paid of course).  I need 
someone who can do Java IO and isn't afraid of hex dumps to do some POI 
hacking.  Need someone with sufficient time to bring the project to 
success.  This is really short term, but tends to lead to more stuff.  I 
can't train or anything for this (no time), I need someone with 
experience.  Someone with prior C experience would be ideal although 
this is in Java the skills required to pull this off are more C-ish.
