  I did quite a bit of research for a local colo facility (about
six months ago) and found sungard to offer the most attractive deal.

  My requirements were actually to find a provider with locations
in London and RTP where we could do load balancing/failover between 
the two facilities, but even without that additional requirement, 
sungard would still be my choice for a colo in RTP -- their prices
are /very/ competitive.
