	Anyone out there with (successful!) experience diagnosing serlvet apps[1]
for memory leaks?  If so, and you're interested in a short consulting gig,
please drop me an email offlist with your rate (and even better, some rough
total estimate).  Ideally, the work would be performed onsite (in Cary),
but I might be able to arrange access for remote work.

[1] Servlet uses lots of jsp, spring/hibernate/oracle, and a proprietary CMS
    (via RMI)
