We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Development Technical Lead/PM to support a long term contracting project in RTP, NC. This is an immediate need calling for someone with broad enterprise development expertise utilizing Java/J2EE architecture at a minimum. Other necessary background would include Portlets (JSR 168), Business Processes (WS-BPEL), Mediation Flows (SCA, SDO), Web services (JAX-RPC), Message Flows (WebSphere Message Broker), Relational Database (JDBC, Stored Procedures), Content Management (Item type creation, other meta-data creation). A successful candidate will also have well rounded experience installing and configuring enterprise software products (middleware, information, security, management and development tools) as this job will entail configuring complex software topologies. Other preferred background includes experience building technical enablement documentation (hands-on exercises), experience working with VMWare Workstation v5.0+ (building images, configuring images), experience at researching product documentation, Redbooks, technical briefs, and other resources to be able to diagnose and solve technical challenges in the development of working prototypes / demos. It is also desirable to have technical enablement delivery experience as you will likely be involved in delivery (support) of technical workshops. Experience working with screen capture software like Camtasia, Goldwave, etc. Few people will have a long list of products they have a strong working knowledge of, but they need to demonstrate the ability to quickly ramp up on a new (to them) product and technology.
