Problem with Eclipse IDE download (eclipse-SDK-3.2.1-win32)

Anyone come across this problem with the download?

I try to extract the files in the eclipse-SDK-3.2.1-win32.zip and it 
asks for passwords for several files in the archive.
I did not find any information on the web.

I have not seen this problem in previous versions of the download.

I tried on XP home and Pro.
