ssh file copying client needed

I need to copy files back and forth, from my Windows XP workstation to a Linux server in cyberspace.

The Linux server does not have FTP. Otherwise I would use the FTP capacity offered in Windows Explorer (which is great by the way when it works -- you can navigate around the remote filesystem in the GUI, and drag and drop files and whole directories).  But I have to work through SSH.

What is available for similar tools that work through SSH?  What do you recommend?  Is there such a capacity in Eclipse?
