The 2007 TriJUG meetings are almost all booked and it is time to transition
the Speaker Coordinator role to the person who will fill this role next
year. I will continue to be involved until the end of the year, but I
believe next year's Speaker Coordinator may also wish to be involved in
scheduling next year's speakers.
* We may wish to come up with a strategy that does not fill up our
schedule so far into the future.
* Are there some speakers that we would like to invite to become
regular speakers?
* Should we extend ourselves to paying to bring in a special speaker?
* Are there topics that we are missing out on due to the flood of
"web-based" presentations?
* Should we try harder to encourage new speakers from within our
membership?
