eapps.com is very good.  they do server virtualization, so it's very
easy to upgrade to a beefier server should the need arise (click ->
done).  you basically get your own linux machine, so you can do pretty
much whatever you like on it (although it'll come preconfigured with
mysql/tomcat/etc).
