JUnit 4 or TestNG?

Trying to decide which test framework to use for OpenQabal and thought
I'd solicit some input from you lot, see what people are using and
preferring these days. I used TestNG when I was at RH, but have
never used JUnit 4.x. Has JUnit caught up to TestNG?

This article <http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/library/j-cq08296/>
is kinda old, but makes some pretty strong arguments for
TestNG. Thoughts?

Thanks,
