Ok, so if we switch to 2nd Tuesday, it doesn't make much sense to do 3rd 
Thursday as the other date, since we'd have back to back weeks and a big 
gap after that.  I think I'll just go ahead and put it on the calendar
for 2nd Tuesday and 4th Thursday and let it be.  If there are conflicts, 
well, that's why we have two per month.

And there's always the opportunity for "one off" nights if somebody
wants to issue a "call to arms" for a particular night. :-)
