The TriJUG jobs list now has a CAPTCHA test for entering new postings and, hopefully, should no longer be getting spammed constantly by bots. (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captcha if you don't know the acronym.) If you've been avoiding the Jobs list because of the spam you might give it another try.
