I'm trying to get interest in the ACM programming contest in local High Schools and also trying to get interest in the http://www.usfirst.org/ robotics clubs. But, really I'm trying to find ways to augment the area's math and science curricula. If you have a program of similar ilk I'd be willing to support that. The problems have been getting key educators, and professors interested with curricula tie-ins. Parents and students are very interested. I'm thinking the faculty liaison of the Computer Science club (presuming one exists) would be a place to start. If you have a connection to a local group like this, I'd really like to know!
