This sounds like HTTP basic authentication.

You can do it in a portable way...

AppService service = new AppService();
AppPort port = service.getAppPort();

// set username and password for http basic auth
Map<String, Object> context = ((BindingProvider) port).getRequestContext();
context.put(BindingProvider.USERNAME_PROPERTY, "username");
context.put(BindingProvider.PASSWORD_PROPERTY, "password");

// the rest of your code...
port.appMethod();
