TriJUG March 15th meeting will be at Red Hat

Thanks to Rayme Jernigan and support from Chris Bredesen and others at
Red Hat the March TriJUG meeting will be hosted there once again. Red
Hat has defined policies for meetings at their site and if there's
anything related to this that needs sharing the details will be in
meeting notices and on the web site at http://trijug.org.
