HOT REQUIREMENTS

 

Morrisville, NC

Mid Level Java Developers x 10

Fast track PSA/SOW approach

Start date: Within 2 weeks or immediately.

 

4 to 6 years Java/J2EE Web Development (JSP, Servlets)  they dont need
EJB or java beans Wicket Framework is a plus Must have:

Hibernate

WAS (Websphere Application Server)  not expert but should be on resume
Oracle Frameworks (should have 2 out of the 3 following frameworks)
Struts, JSF and Spring They have a custom framework that is very similar
to those.

All 3 Tiers (they will put them in a role that fits to their strength)
Communication must be good (not client facing but ability to interact
and express ideas to the team)

 

4 projects in which these candidates may work:

 

1 New development, website  for consumers of BOA.  Allow existing 

cardholders to execute credit protection (for loss of job, etc.)

2)Major upgrade to Websphere 7 (needs to be thoroughly tested and

upgraded

to work with Java 1.6)

3) Custom Content Management Systems (using Wicket), re-write 3rd

party

software that they are dissatisfied with.

4)Internationalized site  allow for European properties to apply

for

credit cards.  Multi-lingual, internationalization, I-18n (not required,
a strong developer can pick this up, but of course this is a plus)
