Training Venues in the RTP area

Hi, I'm looking for a reasonably priced venue in the RTP area that is good for holding a technical training for a group of say 10-30. Is anyone in TriJUG familiar with facilities that might fit the bill? Ideally it is close to a hotel and the airport, but that isn't a firm requirement. Thanks, Grant
