 Presentation summary:

   GWT4Touch is a mobile framework that gives you the ability to write
   mobile applications based on HTML5. The framework internally leverages
   the industry-leading HTML5 mobile application frameworks, so by using
   GWT4Touch you get the best of bost worlds: the best platform to develop
   enterprise applications (Java via GWT), and the best mobile UI Framework
   (Sencha Touch).  Additionally, GWT4Touch directly integrates with
   PhoneGap for direct access to the hardware, if it is so desired.

   This presentation will focus on version 2.0 of GWT4Touch, which is
   currently available from Emitrom as a developer preview.

 About the Speakers:

   Alfredo Quiroga-Villamil
   Alfredo is the Founder and a Principal at Emitrom. With over 10 years
   of experience in the Technology Sector he brings expertise and future
   vision in the areas of Telecommunications, Storage and Networking.
   He has worked for small and some of the largest corporations in the
   United States giving him a unique perspective on how to create
   Solutions in an agile and efficient fashion. He holds a Bachelor's
   degree in Computer Engineering and in his own words says:
   "Nothing beats going to work and doing what you love"

   David La Motta
   David is a Principal and Co-Founder of Emitrom. He has over 15 years
   of experience in the technology industry, having worked in start-ups
   from the .com era, the US Defense sector, networking and storage sectors
   as well. David is an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for software,
   wine and good friends. His alma matter is the University of New Orleans,
   where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. David now
   resides in the Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, with his wife
   and son.

 Admission:

  Paid-up members of TriJUG may attend without additional charge.
  Non-members are asked to pay $5 per meeting. However, if you are
   either a full time student or unemployed, then we ask only $2 per
  meeting. Membership for 12 months is $40 and $15 respectively.

  From the Raleigh Beltline:

    Take the Western Blvd exit east toward downtown Raleigh. After
crossing Gorman Street turn right onto Varsity Drive. After crossing
Avent Ferry Road and Main Campus Drive, Red Hat's main entrance is on
the left. Parking is just beyond the entrance: a left into the parking
deck. Come back out of the deck, follow the sidewalk to the right and
back to the main entrance. The meeting room is to the left after
entering the main lobby.
