The talk will go over how businesses in this information age are utilizing the concepts of Big Data and Gamification to improve customer engagement and loyalty. We will go over the basics of gamification and some real use cases from various industries including education, entertainment and technology. About the Speaker: Shanthan Kesharaju is a Senior Manger, Software Development at Fidelity Investments. He manages a development group at the Fidelity Labs , which experiments with innovative new concepts and technologies in a controlled environment to evaluate the benefits to Fidelity's customers. Shanthan holds a MBA from Fuqua School of Business and Masters in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.
