The "Smart Data" event is this Thursday at NCSU. It is quite affordable and there are some excellent speakers and topics lined up. http://www.percona.com/news-and-events/percona-university/raleigh-united-states-2015 Peter Zaitsev of Percona University is hosting the event. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone who works with databases. He said if any local groups would like to spread the word in exchange for some exposure, they can send him a logo and some text "About" their group. He will post on the event page.
