Table AXIS attribute

Suggestions:

1. Suggest the th text naming axes distinguish between row and column axis:
     row heads use axis a, b, c, d and e
     column heads use axis 1, 2, 3, 4

2. Suggest two colspan spanning first row, with axis  bb over b and c, dd 
over d and e.
Then cell 5,5 would reference dd, e, 5
