Informal feedback on ATAG 2.0 from UAAG members

The following items were recorded during a discussion of ATAG 2.0 by the 
UAWG members. This list is not an official list of UAWG group comments, 
but may be useful to the members of AUWG:

1. In Definition of Authoring tool - define plug-in

2. Wanted clarification of A.1.4 SC1 - maybe "final rendering of content"

3. A.1.5 SC3, 4: Confusing examples

4. A.2.6 SC1: Clarify that it is ok to change editing views

5. A.2.9 SC2: Add meeting UAAG as another item in the OR list

6. A.3.1 should be P1

7. A.4.1 Put some more AT examples in Rationale.

8. A.4.1 SC1: replace "the accessibility platform architecture" with "AN 
accessibility platform architecture".

9. A.4.1 SC2: Confusing wording.

10. A.4.1 SC3b: Need to clarifying that published means public
