'easy to read' is a good alternative to 'plain english', thanks!

The tips are currently technical, and that is one of the real reasons 
why much of the web excludes people with a cognitive disability.
They urgently need to be humanised, possibly like some of the people on 
this list, and not a few webmasters :-?
