Hello, can you please provide more information? You say when the user flicks up or down, but this is directly dependent upon their rotor setting. They could be navigating to previous/next heading, or they could be in a proper “adjust value” context in which a flick up/down should most certainly not move them out of the box they are actuating. If they are in a dropdown, is the standard iOS view with pickers invoked? If so, then that tends to be super accessible for VO users e.g. a standard date input with three pickers for day, month, and year with single gesture adjustment available for each.
