A solution? qualified web designer could join in IWA/HWG that is the only
web professional association with a worldwide presence inside W3C and they
could collaborate for increase the support for the guidelines ;-)

Just serious, the problem of the "experts" is that a lot of them don't have
"spirit of collaboration"  :-)
