WAI and I18N problem...

for example a

	<acronym
		title=3D"Organisation des Nations Unies"
		xml:lang=3D"fr">ONU</acronym>
	(to be pronounced as words)

becomes in english

	<abbr
		title=3D"United Nations"
		xml:lang=3D"en">UN</abbr>
	(to be spelled out letter by letter)

which means an automatic translator has to change the text AND the=20
element...

Or even harder when it comes to

<abbr xml:lang=3D"en"
       title=3D"Mister">Mr</abbr>

Where it must not be spelled out, not pronounced as "Mar" but "Mister"
