RE: Updated AUWG charter

Thanks so much for the updated charter!

Some questions/comments on the ATAG charter:  
Should EOWG be mentioned in Section 3.1 since they're referenced in Section 2.2 previous?   Also, the WCAG Charter: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/2010/06/charter
Has a lot more groups in Section 3.1 and also has a subsection on "external groups" - don't know if AUWG wants to have such a section as well?
