Proposal to remove A.3.6.4 Multiple Sets from ATAG 2.0

Current wording:  
A.3.6.4 Multiple Sets: If the authoring tool includes display and/or control settings, then the authoring tool provides the option of saving and reloading multiple configurations of settings. (Level AAA)

Reasons for proposed removal:
(1) No implementations have been found. Dreamweaver implements for keystrokes but not for display settings (e.g. default font)
(2) In general, the group felt that configuration sets were better implemented by platforms (e.g. browsers or operating systems) than by individual applications.
