You can get the password from the IRC channel

Once the WebEx app downloads and launches, you can click the "Connect to Au=
dio" button to select how you want to connect to WebEx.  I usually select "=
Call me" and enter my cell phone number. Once I answer the phone, I press "=
1" to be connected to the conversation.  If you need to enter a meeting num=
ber, it is  646 389 004.  If you are prompted for a password, you can ask o=
n our regular IRC channel.

Alternatively,  you can dial the audio connection number (if you are in the=
 car or away from your computer):

  646 389 004 is the code to enter

We still plan to use IRC to take minutes of meetings.  Agenda and queuing w=
ill still work.=20
