Dear all, Two search strings so far have yielded a fairly complete quick scan overview:"computational virology" and "genomics and computational tools for virus research" and provided some preliminary results both in identifying domains of research, bodies of literature, computational tools and research institutes and will help me to refine and focus on the issues at hand. I can now narrow focus the earlier question as follows:what are the linked data resources available that deal with computational virology and genomics and computational tools for virus research. sincerely, Milton Ponson GSM: +297 747 8280 PO Box 1154, Oranjestad Aruba, Dutch Caribbean Project Paradigm: Bringing the ICT tools for sustainable development to all stakeholders worldwide through collaborative research on applied mathematics, advanced modeling, software and standards development
