spec-generator now supports POST requests

Hi all,

Following a request from Mike Smith, it is now possible to send a ReSpec
document to directly to spec-generator so you don't need to rely on any
web server to generate a snapshot.

Mike kindly wrote a section explaining how you can use spec-generator
from the command line:
