+1 Excellent work!

I particularly liked section 4.  "This principle is correctly applied to
resources such as cameras and microphones in WebRTC and Geolocation, which
all ask for permission from the user before enabling access".

In this context, that made a lot of sense to me, and seems to be the path
to a solution.
