Re: keygen and client-certificates document available

Not making substantive technical content, but just wanted to say I'm 
delighted to see the TAG working through drafts like this. As others have 
said, t's very well written, and as someone who is not a security expert I 
found it very educational and overall very helpful. Thank you!
