I have started the translation of W3C Note dated 28 January 2003 "Common User Agent Problems" (http://www.w3.org/TR/cuap) into Russian and Ukrainian. 
I will notify W3C on the translation completion date and tell the URI of the page. All the policies regarding translations will be adhered to.
