Hello Robert Thank you for your response. And A Happy New Year. You said "you need to inquire about the internal W3C procedure". And I got allowance for publishing from Mr. Bert([email protected]). I don't understand I can publish translation. Should I wait ? If W3C Math Working Group allow me to publish, I'd like to publish in http://www3.fctv.ne.jp/~takamu/mathml-units-ja.htm .
