Validator User Manual and errors into german

i would like to translate two Documents into german.

The first is the "HTML Validator User Manual" located at:
<http://validator.w3.org/docs/users.html> and the second is called "HTML
Validator Error Messages" located at:
<http://validator.w3.org/docs/errors.html>.
