Volunteer to translate WAI

I wish to volunteer as a translator for the WAI specification (Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines 1.0, http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10/). What have I do
besides of making the translation? Please tell me if I am to pass some test,
or to send my translation to some particular person, or whatever.
