downloading css-validator from the cvs

I am trying to download the CSS Validator source from the cvs system as
detailed on http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/2002/css-validator/ . However I always
get the error:

cvs [login aborted]: connect to dev.w3.org(128.30.52.19):2401 failed:
Connection timed out


Is there another place to download the source or is there some other
problem?
