Can't validate my file correctly!

Try to validate http://www.pksecondhand/galleri_1_300_4.css , last written 24-nov-2011 with CSS level 3.
What it reports doesn't make sense to me !
The file contains CSS3 features together with HTML5(css3_galleri_1_300_4.htm)
The file works correctly for Firefox 10.0.2 and 11.0 beta, Safari 5.1.2, Opera 11.61 and Google Chrome 17.0.963.78.
But of course not for IE8 and IE9(can't manage transitions). I have no access to IE10.
