font-weight: number - not supported?

Hi,

for CSS level 3 the second example throws an error:
@font-face
{
 font-family: 'ArialNarrow';
 font-style: normal;
 font-weight: bold;
 src: local('ArialNarrow');
}

@font-face
{
 font-family: 'ArialNarrow2';
 font-style: normal;
 font-weight: 200;
 src: local('ArialNarrow');
}

it sais, that 200 ist not a font-weight value.

i guess thats a fault!?

this one works fine:

#selector {
 font-weight: 200;
}
