Zip of css Validator?

Hello, We want to get the source code for the css Validator to use as a command-line tool, but can not use 'cvs'. Can we just get a simple zip of the app? If possible, we would also be interested to know when you will have a native html5 validator rather than the 'experimental' 3rd party add-on? Thanks & Regards Peter D.
